We'll kick off with a short guided meditation - nothing fancy, just an opportunity to clear our minds and relax - easy for everyone...with or without any past meditation experience.

Then we'll have an informal chat to meet new friends, discuss our mission, and create some ideas.

Hopefully we'll leave recharged, refreshed, and ready to be the best, most peaceful versions of ourselves in our community.

Optional: Seating is provided, but feel free to bring your favorite pillow or comfy throw to maximize your comfort. No judgment whatsoever!

We’re meeting in the Conference Room at the top of the stairs on the second floor. Free covered parking is available in the attached parking garage. See you there - and bring a friend!
